Adoption Competency & Protective Factors Training
Rooted by Rain offers trauma-informed, culturally responsive training for professionals working with birthmothers. Our workshops blend lived experience with clinical insight and restorative practice. We emphasize building protective factors—social connectedness, concrete supports, and a sense of belonging—as the building blocks of long-term resilience. Participants learn to navigate adoption-related grief, ambiguous loss, and the restoration of intrinsic worth in every interaction.
